Reporting a tool problem
Include your device, operating system and browser, the settings you selected, and what you expected to happen. For sound problems, mention whether headphones, Bluetooth audio or screen locking were involved.
Reporting a tuner problem
Tell us which instrument, tuning and target note you selected, whether microphone permission was granted, and whether the tuner showed no reading or an unexpected note. Mention any external microphone or background noise. A written description or screenshot is enough; you do not need to send microphone audio.
Suggesting a correction
Tell us which passage needs attention. A score, recording version or reliable reference helps us check a tempo, tuning instruction or time-signature explanation.
